In the grounds there is a beautiful landscaped sunken garden, a woodland walk, a fishing lake, an outdoor swimming pool and a basic tennis court and is a fantastic place to spend a holiday.
From this self catering holiday cottage you can visit the many local historic attractions, as is located twixt the borders of 10066 country and the beautiful walking country of the South Downs. Eastbourne has a beautiful seafront and award winning beaches (Blue Flag) together with many other attractions for all the family to enjoy and is only 4 miles away. The area was voted "The Most Sunniest Place in Great Britain" (Halifax Quality of Life Survey and "Most Group Friendly Destination in the UK" and has obtained many other awards and accolades over the past years.
This lovely self catering cottage has solid wood floors,a new kitchen fully fitted kitchen 2008 with a large Fridge freezer, microwave,washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower. All rooms have separate electric convector heaters with thermostats and timers. There is a TV and DVD and free internet access.

Please note that the swimming pool is only open at certain times of the year.
All Linen, towels and water are included in the rental price but there is an extra charge for electricity.
Directions
The cottage is situated on the B 2104 which is signposted from the A 27 or A22.
Polegate Railway station is 4.5 miles and Pevensey Westham Station is 2.5 miles distant.
There is a farm shop about a mile from the cottage and two miles distant is a Tesco’s Express. Hailsham Town Centre is 2 miles distance and Eastbourne town centre is 4 miles.
