This select holiday home is a 5 bedroom Northern Thai style villa located within a private estate, with its own entrance at the end of a no-through road. The Villa has outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches on the West coast of Phuket and also overlooks the small peninsula. The beautiful Surin beach is a short walk away at the bottom of the hill. Several other beaches are a short drive away.
The stunning holiday home is some 200 feet above sea level and has outstanding views over Surin and Bang Tao beaches to the Andaman Sea, situated on the west coast of Phuket overlooking the small peninsula between the two beaches where the Amanpuri and Chedi exclusive hotels are located.
This beautiful holiday home has an air conditioned living area of 5,500 sq ft and is an exquisite mix of Thai and Western styles, with polished teak floors, lovely Thai soft furnishings and modern western bathrooms. The infinity swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres has a depth of 1.6meters throughout. There is also a large heated whirlpool with its own terrace.
UPPER LEVEL – sleeps 4
On the upper level are 2 matching master suites with king size beds,
unparalleled views, private terrace and luxury en-suite bathrooms.
MAIN LEVEL
The spiral staircase leads down into the
main living area with dining for 10-12.
There is a secondary bedroom located at
this mezzanine level with its own bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL – sleeps 4
There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite
shower rooms and their own private
balconies.
BOTTOM LEVEL – sleeps 2
On this lowest floor you will find the Palm room which is a large dual purpose room. It has twin beds which may be pushed together into a king and a private bathroom (not en-suite). There is a seating / cinema area at one end of this room and it has a small terrace. This can be arranged as a Kids Room with two additional child beds.
