The holiday home is on a plot of 1538m2 with a living area of nearly 1000m2. There are fantastic views over Ferradura beach and the villa rental is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The entrance hall leads through in the sitting area and onto the private cinema room with 50” TV, surround sound and DVD. The large kitchen can be found past the dinning room which has seating for 8 people.

Along with the living and dining areas of the main level can be found 3 further double bedrooms all with their own on suite bath or shower rooms and access out to the garden. The garden has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and decked barbeque area. The staff apartments are found behind the kitchen.

This area is the perfect games room with pool table, table football and card table and computer area with high speed internet access.

This sophisticated beach resort has a very active night life and wonderful restaurants. The west coast beaches offer calm, clear waters and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the sunshine while the east coast beaches, are a lttle wilder as they face the open sea, a paradise for the surfers and water sports enthusiasts. Among the most popular beaches are Azeda Beach, Joao Fernandinho Beach with several bars and known for its seafood, Ferradura Beach, and Geriba beach, popular for surfing.
A visit to the town centre with the captivating Rua das Pedras which winds through the town and features shopping, restaurants, bars and extensive nightlife is a must.

Originally settled by European pirates and slave traders, the peninsula of Buzios is now a picturesque fishing village, populated with a happy international community. This special peninsula became popular in the 1960’s by the famous and legendary movie star Brigitte Bardot. So much so that her statue still graces the main street of Buzios, the Rua das Pedras. This magical place has been dubbed “the St Tropez of Brazil” and is a playground for the rich and famous who flock to Buzios to enjoy the 20 or so magnificent beaches in the area.
