The superb Javea villa rental is situated in La Guardia Park and has Large open and covered terraces bordered by classical pillars, and the villa rental itself is set in walled and gated private grounds with lawned areas, palms and flowering shrubs. A beautiful setting for a perfect holiday home rental.
The entrance hall leads through a pillared archway to the left, to the living room and kitchen, and to the right to two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A glazed stairway leads to the master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom featuring twin basins, bath with shower, bidet and wc. Private roof terrace.
Two twin rooms on ground floor. Fan in each bedroom. Shower room with basin and wc; bathroom with bath, shower, basin, bidet and wc.
The sitting/dining room has 2 sofas, armchair, digital tv with good range of English channels, DVD and mini hi-fi unit.
An extending dining table provides 6 chairs. Doors to terrace and garden.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob (1 electric and 3 gas rings), microwave, dishwasher.
Door to utility room with washing machine and sink.
Outside the pool measures 10m x 5m, with Roman steps and ladder. 6 sun loungers, vehicle and pedestrian gates, brick barbecue, and parking.
The villa is alarmed, and has a safe.

Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, very close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket.
A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well as various bars and restaurants, and several points with views of the rocky headlands and bays.
This lovely villa is about a 10 minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets.
Javea port and the historic old town are located about 15 minutes drive away.
Two nearby cove offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars.
