The first floor master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, doors to private terrace, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The en suite to master bedroom has twin basins, a bath with shower, a bidet and a wc.

The sitting/dining room has 2 sofas, cable tv with a good range of English channels, DVD, hi-fi unit.
The dining table has 6 chairs, and a door to the terrace and garden. There are 2 air conditioning units in this area.
A modern, fully fitted kitchen features a fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher.

Outside there is a pool, 10m x 5m, with Roman steps and ladder. 6 sun loungers. Gas barbecue. Dining table and chairs.

The villa is situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, and very close by are a bank and a café/bar.
Within walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket.
A little further away are a larger supermarket, and various bars and restaurants.
There are several lookout points with fine views of the rocky headlands and bays.
The villa is about a 10 minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and supermarkets.
Javea port and Old Town are located about 15 minutes drive away.
The nearby coves Granadella and La Barraca offer snorkelling, sea bathing and beach bars.
