Every principal room has outstanding panoramic views over the bay of Javea towards Cabo San Antonio while, from the terraces and pool, Mount Montgo is also encompassed.
The large windows give the villa a cool, light and airy feel; the facilities for outdoor relaxing and dining are of the same excellent standard.
The main living area consists of the entrance hall, cloakroom, kitchen, large salon, master bedroom, and partially covered terrace with two aspects.
On the upper level is one double bedroom, and on the lower level is a large hallway, three bedrooms, an additional room with two beds, and access to the pool and lower terraces.
There is a fridge/freezer at pool level for added convenience.
The villa is in an elevated position above a main road to the coast, from which the Javea Arenal is reached by car in about 5 minutes.
Master bedroom, en suite bathroom and jacuzzi; king-size bedroom, en suite bathroom; double bedroom, wc and handbasin; double and triple (3 single beds) rooms share 3rd bath- room.
Cloakroom: wc and handbasin. Extra room with double bed (supplementary linen charge) and fan. AIRCON in 5 bedrooms. 3 rooms have TVs (2 with VCRs).
2 large sofas in the sitting room, digital TV, video, HiFi. Dining table/chairs. Doors to terrace. AIRCON.
The kitchen is modern and fully-fitted. Fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, oven/hob, dishwasher.
Mosquito blinds in bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Pool 8 x 4 metres.
Villa is thoroughly cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean.

The Arenal is a wide sandy beach offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally lively during the daytime and at night.
The attractive port with it's fishing boats and historic old town of Jávea are also most attractive areas, and well worth a visit. Yacht Clubs are open to non members.
Two golf courses are just a short drive away, open to non members.
Benidorm is a short drive down the coast with all its attractions and nightlife.
