This pretty villa rental in Javea is conveniently located being under 2 km away from the Arenal beach with bars, restaurants and shops and the lovely sandy Arenal beach and sparkling mediterranean sea. The Arenal has a bustling and lively atmosphere with attractions for all ages. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea is 3.5 km away and is well worth a visit. Nearby to this villa rental there are four excellent golf courses.
This villa rental has an L shaped sitting room with an open plan kitchen on one side and a family room off of the lounge with two doors leading onto the sunny terraces. There are three bedrooms one with ensuite facilities. The swimming pool terrace is equipped with modern, lightweight reclinering sun beds and the area is enclosed by hedges for extra privacy. There is also a small portable barbeque and garden table and chairs for dining alfresco
A master bedroom contains twin beds joined together, the other two bedrooms have twin beds, all air conditioned.
The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and there is a fireplace.
Cable TV with International channels English, French, German and Spanish, DVD player and CD.
In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, sink, oven/hob, microwave, extractor fan. Utility room with dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside there is a garden, pool, 8 x 4m with Roman steps, a poolside shower, sun terraces, and a barbecue. Dining table /chairs. 6 sunbeds. Sun umbrella. Secure, off-road parking (2 cars).
The villa rental has central heating for the cooler months.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned between lets. Weekly linen change and refresher clean. Hand/bath towels provided, but please bring your swimming towels.
