There is a large patio and kidney-shaped pool, with an arched, Andalucian-style walling adorned with bougainvilleas and other flowering shrubs.
The main living area and three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the same level as the patio and pool.
The living room is very large, and at one end there is an attractive dining recess with a beautiful glass table. The fourth bedroom, with bathroom, is on a lower level, accessed from outside.

Outside there is a mature garden, walled patio, pool, BBQ. Dining table/chairs. Recliners. Parking. Central heating for the cooler months.
Linen is changed weekly including towels, but not swimming towels.

There are shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes by car. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand, sea and entertainment.
An extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere prevails here, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
All water sports are available and the Montgo National Park is nearby.
Benidorm with all its diversions lies 35 minutes down the coast.
