Although the house dates to 1750 it has been totally yet sympathetically transformed into a modern masterpiece inside, yet still retaining some wonderful original features, such as ceiling beams and original massive wood doors.
The six bedrooms comprise of two with king size beds and 4 with queen beds which may be used separately or joined.
There is 1 bathroom, and 5 shower rooms, all en suite.
Two fireplaces add to the atmosphere on cooler days, in the hallway and the sitting room.
There is central heating and air conditioning.
The covered patios are furnished for relaxation and for al fresco dining. The kitchen is equipped with the very best in appliances, including an extra capacity washing machine and dryer.
Audio visual requirements are well catered for, the villa having satellite TV, flat screen televisions, music system, a home cinema and satellite TV.
There is high speed internet connection available. Security system includes a visitor entry scan and safes in each bedroom.
The switchboard includes an intercom system for interior communication. All the lights are on a dimmer system to contribute to the ambience. The pool is lit at night.
The gardens are extensive and professionally landscaped.

Ibiza is 162 miles from Barcelona, 70 from Palma, 100 from Valencia and 101 from Alicante and Algiers.
The sea journey to Ibiza is very pleasant due to mostly calm seas. There is a ferry to Denia on the Spanish mainland.
Transmediterranea provides a regular ferry service to Ibiza from Barcelona, Palma de Majorca and Valencia.
There is also an excellent airport. Flights from Barcelona and Palma take 1 hr 20 mins, and from Valencia only 30 mins.
