There are endless recreational activities which can be arranged both on the estate and nearby including golf courses, fly fishing and race courses are nearby.
In nearby Dublin you will find hundreds of restaurants and no less than 1000 pubs, all offering quantities of Guinness. It is possible to tour the Guinness Storehouse and also the Old Jameson Distillery.
There is an exciting nightflife on offer in Dublin, pubs with traditional Irish music and the more sedate theatres, offering drama and classical concerts.
Try visiting the 11th Century Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin's oldest building. The Cathedral choir traces its' origins to the choir school founded in 1480, and is famous for taking part in the first performance of Handel's Messiah.
Within the grounds there is private fishing and also a private 18 golf course designed by James Braid.
