Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Single nights or special rates may be available, depending on other bookings, by special arrangement. It may also be possible to arrange midweek to midweek bookings in order to take advantage of the cheapest possible flights.
50% deposit required at time of booking with the balance payable four weeks prior to arrival, together with a fully-refundable deposit of £200.00 in respect of damage or breakages. This deposit will be returned within one week of vacating the apartment, once the inventory has been checked against the apartment.

Local Activities
There are two swimming pools, one of which is heated.
Local activities include cycling, horse riding, mountain biking, walking, and swimming.
Skiing is available in the Abetone area, north east of Lucca. It is about a 2 hour drive from the Borgo.
Horse riding is available 100m from the Borgo.
There is a concierge service which can arrange day trips, car hire, horse riding, wine tasting, etc.
Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti area are ideal for a day trip.

There is an excellent restaurant within the Borgo serving traditional Tuscan fare, and an enoteca – a wine bar serving pasta, pizzas, etc.
Long term renters are welcome, however pets not allowed,sorry.
The property is unsuitable for elderly or infirm. There is no wheelchair access and smoking is not allowed.
Children are welcome.
The Borgo is situated between Pisa and Florence, approx 35 mins drive from Pisa airport and 45 minutes from Florence.
The nearest railway station is 4 kilometres away and the nearest ferry at Marina di Pisa 30 kilometres distant.
The Borgo can be reached from several airports, including Pisa, Florence, Bologna and Genoa, although the most convenient is definitely Pisa.
Airlines flying to Pisa from the UK include: Ryanair- from Stansted, Liverpool, Glasgow and Dublin; Easyjet-from Bristol; Thomsonfly- from Bournemouth, Coventry and Doncaster; BA - from Gatwick and Birmingham; Jet2, from Manchester and Edinburgh.
Ryanair have a deal with Hertz and car hire can be obtained from as little as 15 Euros per day.
The drive from Pisa airport to the Borgo is extremely straightforward and detailed directions can be supplied at the time of booking.
Driving from the UK is very straightforward and takes approx 13 hours actual driving time. At a push it can be done in one day.
Provided as part of the amenities is a full hotel service, including a 24 hour room service however self catering at the apartment would be a breeze as there is luxury fitted kitchen facilities.
From here you can explore the great Renaissance cities of Florence, Siena and Rome or explore the medieval hill towns and vineyards of Chianti. Indulge yourself with the fine Tuscan cuisine, simply prepared from the freshest of local ingredients and discover the rare and exclusive pleasures of Borgo living.
