In no event shall selectholidayvillas.com become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.

9. Termination of a property page: If selectholidayvillas.com receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, selectholidayvillas.com reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the web site. Full payment will be retained. selectholidayvillas.com reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds will be given.

10. External links: selectholidayvillas.com reserves the right to remove links from adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or  the team feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with selectholidayvillas.com. Should an advertiser add a link without consent, re-add a link after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund.

11. Payment details: Before a new property is registered on the site payment should be made on that same day. If payment is being made by credit this can be processed online by PAYPAL payment provider. selectholidayvillas.com reserve the right to remove property advertisements should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within this time frame.

12. Refund policy: selectholidayvillas.com provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of five working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email admin@selectholidayvillas.com or by use of the 'contact us' form on the site (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £15 administration fee and notification by email.

13. Changes to pricing and conditions: selectholidayvillas.com reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
