Many clients who purchased their dream holiday home or villa rental investment from us
needed advice on marketing their holiday home or villa rental. Select Holiday Villas was
launched in response to that demand.
Our clients needed a web site to advertise their Villa Rental or Holiday Home that was easy to use, and saved them from repeating the experiences they had trying to rent their self-catering holiday homes.
They had tried advertising in the national/local newspapers and dedicated glossy magazines - which needed at least 4 weeks booked before they recovered the costs for the advertisements - In many cases it didn't work and they were in a deficit.
Finding rental websites wasn't difficult.
The problem was ..
There are literally thousands to choose from! Most of them are over-populated
and crammed with complicated bargain breaks, and many are boring, unimaginative and worn.
They couldn't always make sense of the information offered.
As a potential client and, more importantly, as an owner, it was too difficult to register.
So we decided to send off a few 'test' enquiries -
